Creative Role & Responsibilities
During my time as a Visual Communication Designer at Mindful Restaurant Group, I oversaw, directed, and created all visual elements for seven different establishments. Each establishment varied in cuisine and environment ranging from a five-star home-made Italian restaurant to an underground jazz bar. Mindful Restaurant covered the gamete of food and entertainment. I was responsible for their menu designs, photography, social media marketing, email subscription & marketing, and managed all paid advertisement for all seven of their establishments. I used software like Mailchimp & Hootsuite to develop and distribute social and marketing content to our database of subscribers. I photographed, edited, managed and oversaw the photography at mindful restaurant for seven different establishments.
